Simple Will
Designed for estates under $500,000.00, a simple will contains the provisions needed to transfer property from the maker to others, called beneficiaries. A will relieves the surviving family from many problems, and each thoughtful man and woman should have one. Essential provisions in a “simple will” include statement of residence, appointment of an executor, provisions for independent administration, payment of debts and taxes, disposition of property, common accident or successive deaths if married, powers for the executor, guardianship for minor children, contingent management, and self-proving affidavit.
